Matthew has been a dedicated physical therapist for the past 8 years. His journey to Pacrav Physical Therapy started as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware where he earned a degrees in biological sciences in 2003. He then continued his education and earned his doctorate of physical therapy from Drexel University in 2008. Matthew then embarked on his post-graduate training by completing his specialized training in the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. This program focused on the most current evidence-based physical therapy techniques with an emphasis on manual therapy. Matthew is one of eight fellowship-accredited physical therapist in the state of Nevada and one of only two in the Northern Nevada/Lake Tahoe area.
Matthew’s additional professional accomplishments include presenting at national and local physical therapy conferences and being a teaching assistant in the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship.
When not in the clinic, Matthew can be found mountain biking, climbing, hiking, and skiing throughout the Sierra Nevada Mountain ranges. He was even lucky enough to compete internationally on the Freeskiing World Tour in the United States, Canada, France, and New Zealand.
